If you program one or several image objects (input and output fields in particular) on a screen page in a multi-lingual project, these usually need to be named or described. Usually, the "Text object" image object is used. However, since this would require a text object being created for each language, we recommend a "Text list" for this purpose. Such a list can be used to create texts in various languages, and the object is valid for all languages.
For this, proceed as follows:
•Open or create the page where you want to set the titles. •In the symbol list, click on to create a text list for the titles. •The "Field properties" dialogue for creating a text list will pop up.

•Under "Name", click on to open the dialogue for the parameters of the text list. •The parameterisation dialogue for the text list will pop up.

•In the "Text" field, enter the text for the titles. •Do not click on any button. •Select the next language for which you want to create titles in the group field "Languages" under "Text list". •Repeat this until the titles have been programmed for all languages. •Click on "OK" to complete the parameterisation of the text list. •The system returns to the field properties dialogue of the text list. The list field continues to contain only one attribute. •Click on "OK" to accept the field properties of the text list. •Now place the text list object at the desired position on the screen page. |
