The "Login" function is part of the user management. This function is used to check the access rights of a user in the operator interfaces. For this, the function evaluates the contents of the variables allocated in the cicon2 User Management under "User Name", and "Password".

For this, proceed as follows:

Create the object for which you wish to program the "Login" function.

In the dialogue, change to the "Functions" register.

Click on the Btn_OverView button.

Under "User management", double-click on "Login".

You have now implemented the Login function in the object.

If you wish the system to switch to a different page after login, you need to call up the "Select page" function. You can do this directly from the object by proceeding as follows:

Click on Btn_OverView again to open the function selection list.

Look for the "Page navigation" group and open it with a click.

Double-click on "Select page" to select this function.

In the parameter list field, click on "Page name" and select the page to be opened in the "Screen page" field.

Click on Btn_Ok to allocate the function(s).
