Name of the pointer instrument object.

Comment

Arbitrary comment for information purposes.

Information regarding the field can be entered in the comment field. Comments are used for explanation purposes in SPSPlusWIN.

Normal

Fld_Colors

Specifies the foreground colour of the pointer instrument. Click inside the top left box to specify the foreground colour. As a default, this colour is set to transparent. The background colour is always transparent; this cannot be changed.

Flashing

Activates the flashing mode for the pointer instrument.

The pointer instrument is displayed and hidden

Variable

Multiplexing

Activates the multiplexing mode for the value variable. To determine the variables to be multiplexed, go to the "Multiplexing".

This is useful if the pointer instrument should be used to display various measuring values.

Type

Specifies the type of the variable to be used. In this case, generally "Analogue".

 

Name:

Displays the name of the variable that is used as the source for the value to be displayed. Use the button to the right of the field to allocate a variable or to edit the properties of a variable that has already been allocated.

Btn_VarEigenschaftenOpens the allocated variable or creates a new one.

Process connection

Displays the process connection for the variable selected under "Name".

 

3D frame

If activated a frame is drawn around the pointer instrument.


sunk

The pointer instrument appears as if it were sunk.

 

raised.

The pointer instrument appears as if it were raised.
