Variables ► Graphs
Graphs are used to present successive values from the PLC on the operating unit. For this, the values are read out from the PLC and saved into a graphic buffer. This graphic buffer is the data area to save a number of variables of the same type with consecutive memory addresses (array). Because of this, a Graph should initially be seen independently of its display as a Line chart as an array variable containing a certain number of values of the associated base variable.
