The Initialisation telegram of the slave was not received completely

The Initialisation telegram of the slave was

not terminated by the DLE ETX

There is not any STX response of the slave on the DLE ACK sent by the master after the Initialisation telegram of the slave was received

There is not any DLE ACK STX response of the slave

on the Get Address telegram
