Attribute of graphic list
The graphics (bitmaps, 16 colours) configured in graphic lists are clearly assigned to a value and/or value areas. Graphic lists allow the display of a graphic depending on a value in the variable (actual value).
The Base graphic list dialogue provides you with information on the configured graphics and the assigned values. Changes cannot be made in this dialogue.
For entering, assigning or modifying graphics, use the tabs in the dialogue Attributes.

Creation of graphic list
After having specified a name for the graphic list in the "Field properties" dialogue of the graphic list, switch to the properties dialogs by clicking the button and define the texts with the assigned values in these dialogues.
For this, select the requested graphic library.
In the main SPSPlusWIN directory is a sub-directory called Grafic.
This sub-directory is divided in Bitmap, Graficlist and Touchbutton. The same structure is configured as project sub-directory. But this is only generated when archiving the project for the first time. Additionally, the bitmaps used are copied from the standard directory into the corresponding project directory and thus belong to the archive.
The window below shows all graphics available in this folder. Items are selected or added to the graphic list by double-clicking the left mouse button. All graphics which you use are automatically copied into your project directory after being archived. In this way, they become a part of the project.
The first graphic selected and assigned is displayed as default value. This is always done, if a value which was not created in the graphic list is entered in the assigned analog variable.
In the above example, the values 0-8 are clearly defined, thus showing the assigned graphics. If a value other than 0-8 is entered into the analog variable, this value is not defined. Consequently, the graphic specified as default graphic is displayed.
For editing graphics, an external painting program has to be used. By double-clicking the graphic in the preview window using the left mouse button, you automatically activate your standard program for editing bitmaps.
