HMIs, human machine interfaces ► Panel PC ET/MT-4x6... ► Operation

 

As a standard, the Panel PC are fitted with Windows XP Embedded as their operating system. As an option you can also choose a multilingual edition or Windows XP Professional.

 

The operating system starts immediately after the device has been switched on, the same as with a PC.

 

Usually, a log-in with user name and password will be required during this start-up phase. This depends on how Windows was set up.
