If the TBi-50-PS2 trackball has NOT been factory mounted, a sufficiently large cut-out and a hole pattern for mounting the trackball must be provided.

•Make a cut-out with the following dimensions: 152 (±1) mm (height) x 90 (±1) mm (width).

•Drill 10 holes of a diameter of 3.5 mm according to the hole pattern.

•Mount the trackball inside the cut-out and use the self-locking nuts (10x M3) provided to affix the trackball.

Optimum sealing:

•Tighten the nuts lightly.

•Check the position of the trackball, ensuring above all that the rubber seals are correctly positioned.

•Now fully tighten the nuts.

Please note that any water that may be on the trackball could enter the inside of the trackball enclosure when the trackball is being operated, and might cause damage.

•Connect the trackball cable to the X9 terminal at the HMI according to the connection diagram.
