The optional X5 interface provides two serial CAN buses.
The CAN bus (Controller Area Network) is intended for the connection to a Fieldbus system.
The CAN bus must be terminated with 120 Ohm.
It requires the installation of a driver.
The physical interface meets the requirements of ISO 11898-2 (50 kbit/s to 1 Mbit/s).
