Antennae X36 / X37

The installation of one or both antennae is usually not required as they are already installed when ordering a device with optional WLAN.

Only

•in the case of adding a second antenna

•when mounting an antenna at a place with better reception

•or when servicing

will the information and notes listed here become necessary.

Three different antennae are available for the devices:

iANT212 for 2.4 Ghz

iANT213 for 2.4 Ghz

iANT213 for 5 Ghz

Connect the antennae to the WLAN connection with the pre-assembled connecting cable (1 m).

To mount the antenna, the existing cable gland must be replaced with the one included in the delivery.

Only this cable gland ensures that the connection plug of the connecting cable can be safely threaded into the connection box and that the screw connection is securely sealed.

Mount the antenna (to the device ⇩) or at a suitable position.

The frequency of the internal WLAN router must be adjusted to correspond to the type of the antenna used.
