Yoke at the stand

Make sure you read the notes in chapter Installation space  !

Scope of delivery yoke:

•Mount the stand at a place of your choice.

➢Mount the device in an area where normally there are no people or moving machine parts.

•Ensure the stand is firmly mounted.

Step 1:

•Place the yoke (A) on the coupling (B) of the stand.

➢Turn the yoke (A) so that the holes are aligned with the threads in the coupling (B).

➢Make sure that you place the yoke (A) in such a way (90 ° steps) that you make optimum use of the coupling's (B) slewing range.

•Screw the 4 Allen countersunk screws with a 5 mm Allen key into the thread of the coupling (B).

For this, proceed as follows:

a.Use the assembly key to release the rotation brake (C) by counterclockwise rotation.

b.Check whether the rotation is smooth yet still with noticeable resistance.

c.Slightly tighten the rotation brake (C) (clockwise rotation) if the yoke rotates too smoothly.

•Feed the required cables through the cable glands (1) of the stand to the opening of the yoke.

•Feed a sufficient length of the cables through the cable glands at the cover (2) of the yoke.

•Screw the cover (2) onto the yoke using the two pan head screws (2a).

•If necessary, retract the cables somewhat.

➢Make sure you do not go below the permitted bending radius of the cables.

The rotation protection is located at the bottom of the coupling. To adjust it, proceed as follows:

•Release the rotation protection by unscrewing the Allen screw from the coupling.

➢Make sure you don't lose the rotation protection.

•Mount the rotation protection at the ideal position for the current installation.
